There is a need for leaders, not just any type of leaders, there is a need for champion leaders that lead from a Kingdom perspective.
Unfortunately, many development opportunities are saturated with spiritualist practices such as mindfulness, yoga, manifestation, and the law of attraction.
These methods lure leaders in through the promise of success, but in the end lead to a place far away from the purposes of God.
God is calling leaders to be His ambassadors and lead from a Kingdom perspective.
To know the difference between spiritualism and Kingdom
To receive Kingdom strategy on how to implement what God has shown you.
To live out your Kingdom assignment in a way that is impactful and not religious.
To Lead from a Kingdom perspective
Jamal led with sincerity to help me identify business opportunities I was missing. His program was so sound. Many times business coaches talk "at you" and tell you what you need, but this experience was completely different. He took the time to understand my business challenges and needs, then together we were able to design a program that allowed me pursue the most critical elements now.

From the time I was born until the age of 17, I was raised as a spiritualist. I was taught Christ was a level of "enlightenment" based upon scriptures in the Bible that were taken out of context.
During the time as a spiritualist, I studied and became a medium, learned how to give readings, and perform energy healings.
I loved God and believed what I learned was true. In my heart I thought I was helping other people fulfill their purpose through spiritualist teachings.
One day while walking I had an experience similar to Paul's as described in the book of Acts.
I had a vision and heard the audible voice of God.
God asked me "If what you believe is true, then why this". He asked me the question three times, showing me an event in my life after each time. After the third time, I painfully realized that everything I believed up to that point was not true.
At that moment, I gave my life to Jesus and asked God to reveal Himself to me.
For the next few months my life consisted of studying the Bible and spending time alone in prayer. I did not want to speak to anyone, I was did not want to be deceived again.
After beginning my relationship with Jesus. I began studying leadership, reading my first John Maxwell book at the age of 18. From there I attended college, majoring in Business Management. While working in the business sector, I realized God was calling me to do more to help others live their full potential. So I shifted to education.
I taught in the classroom for several years, at a school located in an urban area. To increase my impact I accepted leadership responsibilities in the building, first as a team leader, then as the NWEA MAP testing coordinator, than the coordinator of the school wide reading and math academic intervention. Then I heard the call to leave the classroom.
As a school leader I experienced success turning around struggling schools, accelerating the progress of schools that were performing but needed to make more progress.
It would be nice to say the work was easy, it wasn't. The work was challenging and God was always with me. His grace consistently empowered me to do what He wanted to be done.
I just had to stay focused on God and maintain a Kingdom perspective in my leadership. I want to ignite you to do the same.
I created this bootcamp as a way to share what I have learned being a catalyst for change from my training, experience as a Principal, over 20 years of studying leadership, and revelation that I received from God, in a practical way.
Spiritualist teachings will not lead you to God or your "higher self". They are not a different way to experience God in your leadership.
