As a leader, leading from our faith, it is our reality that God helps us lead. Unfortunately, in order to gain wisdom in their leadership, some leaders engage in the practice of channeling. Channeling is when a person communicates with "source" in order to receive guidance, wisdom, strategy, and content from the spiritual realm. This practice and everything that is received from it is contrary to hearing from God and leading by your faith.
