Focus (dictionary.com) is the adjustment for distinct vision, a condition permitting clear perception and understanding, center of activity, point of concentration. Here is an acronym that I developed for focus.

F - Faith. You must believe in the reality of your vision even before you see it with your eyes.

O – Opportunities. There will be opportunities to overcome challenges, to grow, bring transformation to our clients, and make money! We must seize the moments and use them for our advantage.

C - Courage. You must lead with courage and not allow how things look to cause fear.

U - Understanding. It is important to gain understanding so you can make the right decisions at the right moment; knowing when to pivot and when to stay the course.

S – Service. Serving others is about helping others, filling a need, coming along side someone to help them experience success. Service does not always mean free. You must determine what you will and will not do for free. Service is about the posture of your heart.
